olympus transcription module not opening

If someone could help me at least get my transcription module working again that is my biggest problem right now as that is a source of income for me. When I just want to see two windows, I want to be able to just snap them like before, not go through the hoops they created to open multiple windows. I also don't like the way they changed how to split the screen. Typist can playback and edit on Apple Mac OSX using Chrome.
